My students are really getting the hang of this and I might add, getting pretty good on their math facts. I've been *non-scientifically tracking their progress and all of them are getting better. I might see if they can do tabata in another area of math like tellling time or measuring. Might be crazy, but they do some crazy things already. Anyway I had the class tastand and do our regularly scheduled Tabata math drill. We thought they'd be able to think better. Hey, whatever I can do to help the kids.
Getting ready to enjoy my MLK day off from work. I need to recharge as much as I can cause there is going to be a 70+ day slog until Spring Break.
Been praying for my students more. These kids really have a tough life. The sad thing is that most don't realize just how tough the "world" is. They really think it's just sunshine and rainbows. I'm doing my best to be a better teacher so I can help them be the very best that they can be. We'll see how I do.
Crossfit is great. I was able to make it in 4 times this week. I've been eating right and my jeans are fitting better. We're starting a challenge on Wednesday so I expect it to get a lot harder before it gets easier. Wednesday isn't a workout day for me so my best bet is to take off Tuesday so that I'm rested and I can give the benchmark WOD my all.
Alright got to get back to the couch and just sitting there resting. It's a tough life, but I must do it.
